Integrity Home Heating is a locally owned, family operated company that takes pride in providing no-pressure sales and quality installation of residential heating and cooling systems.
Our philosophy is old-fashioned and simple: treat people the way we like to be treated. Integrity Home Heating strives to go above and beyond our customer's expectations. We're respectful. We take pride in our work.
MEET THE TEAM
"Get to know the owner" they said. "Write something about yourself". Okay: Hi, my name is Kevin, and I'm a boring guy.
How's that?
I'm a native Oregonian, born right here in Eugene in the old Sacred Heart Hospital. I work a lot--I'm a small business owner--of course I work a lot! I love my work. I enjoy meeting people. I love solving heating and cooling problems for people (I told you I was boring!). Seriously! I truly enjoy it! It is very fulfilling to run into a client at a store, a home show or somewhere else in public and have them say something about how much they are enjoying their new system. "Remember that back bedroom that was always cold? You were right! Your guys fixed it!" Here's something else that I enjoy: I like it when a client gives me an address to a street or neighborhood that I've never been to or heard of before! Quirky right?!? Like I said, I've been here my entire life. Just when I start to think I've seen it all; between delivering pizza as a young man in the area (BEFORE gps existed!) and doing in-home visits with clients today, it's refreshing to say, "wow! I've never been up this hill before! I didn't know this neighborhood existed. Look at your view!"
KEVIN USHER

My wife and I love the outdoors. Waterfalls, parks, hot springs, you name it. One of our favorite adventures is to go out in the woods and follow forest and logging roads, just to see what we find. No race car...no skydiving...no expensive boat on the lake...I told you....boring....Give me a call, let's see if I'm familiar with your neighborhood!
JOSH
LEAD INSTALLER
Josh has been with Integrity since Day One. He has been installing HVAC equipment for most of his life! Josh is our master fabricator, he can bend and shape flat sheet metal into just about any shape or configuration we need!
When Josh is off the clock, he'll probably be out riding his electric bike from one side of Veneta to the other!
PHIL
LEAD INSTALLER
Phil has been with Integrity since Day Two--he started with us shortly after our opening! Phil is our problem solver--our puzzle master. When there seems to be no clear path from point A to point B, Phil finds a way, and he makes it look easy!
Ah! Maybe that's why he's so good at keeping Jeeps running too!
DEVON
LEAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Devon has been with Integrity since early 2024, and is promising to stay forever! Devon is our "fixer". It's not running? No heat? No cooling?? Devon can fix it. If he can't--you definitely need a new one! Because if Devon can't fix it--no one can! (Disclaimer: opinion of the Integrity owner, in no way is this an implied contract)
If Devon isn't out in the rain fixing your heat pump, he's probably playing with his kids or at a kids sporting event.
